How do I book a session? +
Click the 'Reserve' button on our website to access our booking system. Select your preferred treatment, choose a date and time, and confirm your booking in under 30 seconds. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
What should I expect during my first visit? +
Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a brief wellness questionnaire. Your therapist will discuss your needs, any areas of concern, and customize your treatment accordingly. We provide robes, slippers, and all amenities — just bring yourself.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Use our booking system or call us directly. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash. Payment is collected at the time of your visit.
Do you offer gift cards? +
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in any amount through our booking system — perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because. Physical gift cards can also be purchased at our location.
Where are you located and what are your hours? +
We're located at Decebal Blvd 99C, Chișinău, Moldova. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 – 20:00, Saturday 10:00 – 18:00. We're closed on Sundays.
Do you offer facial cleansing or blackhead extraction? +
Yes — at BodyBar Studio we offer non-mechanical facial treatments: masks and cosmetic preparations applied by hand, for relaxing and caring for the skin and muscles of the face. We don't perform mechanical procedures such as blackhead extraction, and we don't offer professional cosmetology. If that's what you're looking for, message us before booking and we'll happily point you toward the right place.
